As I've been speculating, some of the guides out there (such as Pro as Heck Guide to Singed) require updates for Season 3. Actually, as mentioned I will in fact now type up the guide for Singed in S3's Dominion.
Because we all know how much of a troll Singed is, I don't need to explain WHY he is the greatest troll. But is he still the greatest troll in Dominion? You bet he is.
Because Singed is a full fledged troll, he must be built like one. Start with your masteries. Like the previous season, you must invest in defensive masteries to make yourself harder to kill. Because as the previous guide has said, the longer you live the longer you troll. The runes are also the same, keeping the defensive yellows and blues while adding damage with your reds and using your Move Really Fast purples. Your Summoner Spells will be somewhat the same as in Summoner's Rift, the SpeedHack
being the only one you use in both. In Dominion, you must replace the MapHack
with LifeHack
, as the LifeHack will bring you back to life and make you move really fast. And don't forget to use the corresponding masteries, as they will make the spells you use give you more Troll Capacity.

You should always remember to buy your Fabulous Purple Gem, Three Red Sodas, and Two Blue Sodas. Because being thirsty while trolling will hinder your capacity to make the lives of your enemies miserable or moreso if they were already miserable at the sight of you.
When deciding on what upgrades to your Leather Sandals (which you will get when you first die or teleport back), you will want to buy Shoes with Wings on Them, then you will want to pimp them with a Move Somewhat Faster Decal.
But wait. You must also get pimped faster so you can troll more. By buying the Pimpmobile Key, you will gain pimp status much faster. Then you must buy the Book of Trolling, because being illiterate on the battlefield will make your trolling backfire, and that is not cool at all. After you read up on some Trolling Literature, you must wear the face that all trolls wear. The Troll's Facemask should be your next item. Because no one likes it when you show off that Troll Face, your enemies especially. Once you've made enough taunting faces at your enemies, it is time you bought the Flaming Stick of Trolling. It will be the only item you own besides the Pimp Cane of Critical Troll Mass and Winged Boots of Moving Slightly Faster that will not have spikes on it, but you must get them regardless. Or does it have spikes on it? Looks like it does, but it's also on fire, so it adds to your Troll Mass to greater extents than some other items would. And since the Fancy Blue Suit was removed, this item is a must.
Now when you believe it appropriate to upgrade your Fabulous Purple Gem, grab yourself a Golden Pimp Cane, and when you can afford it, upgrade to the Rod of Aging. Because like the Trolling Wayskirt, it has spikes on it. After that, you must collect the tears of your foes. How will you do that? Easy, you must buy the Crybaby's Remorse. Because the tears of your enemies will fuel it, you will reach even greater Troll Mass. When you have the gold and you will get it quickly by doing what you do best, you must buy the Troll's Pimp Cane. Because it makes your troll gas much more potent as you leave it out for the Environmental Activists to inhale to their own demise. Your Troll's Pimp Cane will turn into a Pimp Cane of Critical Troll Mass, because by then you will have reached Critical Troll Mass, and must own the bling to prove it.
And as a Troll, you must remember to buy the other items with spikes on them. Such as the Trolling Wayskirt and the Frozen Broomstick. Your full build should look like this:
If the games go on long enough for you to surpass Complete Troll Mass, you should take caution, for your trolling may endanger you and your team and that is not cool at all. Otherwise, be strong and troll on.
