Dunkmaster Tager's Dream: Fan-Champion to Champion

Name: Kenshin, The Voidborn Avenger

Starting Stats:
Health: 425 (80/level)
Health Regen: +1.2/sec(0.13/sec)
Max Energy: 210 (+15 per level)
Range: 125
Attack Speed: 0.650/sec (+3%/level)
Attack Damage: 45 (2.5/level)
Armor: 14 (+2.95/level)
Magic Resist: 20 (+1/level)
Movement Speed: 320

Note: The abilities scaling on health will hopefully force the user to remember that he can and will be very squishy so pack the appropriate runes/masteries when taking him to any lane you so choose.

Builds: I would personally build him to support both his passive and his Q as that will most likely be his damage source and what would be his main contributor to team fights. Not so sure about what Phreak himself would do seeing as this is just a fan-made champion. But in my playstyle, I would most likely solotop with him to keep up the pressure with his passive and Q. Although I would still  build him AD because the damage that scales the most is well, AD. That and I happen to be very partial to AD carries/assassins so it's probably my bias and/or the fact that I need an AD champ that isn't Yi to do damage, and this is it. His abilities could force the user to learn last-hitting to a greater extent due to the need to watch the stacks and/or the enemy at once.

Upon Selection:
"Strength and spirit are what concern me the most."

Movement:
"Understood."
"Moving out."
"The mission at hand is all that matters."
"Most certainly."

During Asura Mode:
"As you wish."
"Moving out."
"Ready and waiting."
"Within the Shadows."

Kiai (You know, the stuff they yell when slashing, etc)
"Toh!"
"Sei!"
During Crits:
"Seiyaa!!"
"Oraaa!!"
"Chesutooh!!" (Only during Ultimate Judgment Kick's kick animation)

Asura Mode's Kiai sound slightly demonic in nature, and so does everything else he says.

Attacking:
"I will leave nothing behind!"
"Yes I know I have to kill them. Stop yelling at me."
"You will be cleaved, stay still!"

During Asura Mode:
"You shall not escape!"
"Feed my rage!"
"Not going to give you up!"

During Heavenly Wolf Fang's launch:
"Be crushed beneath the wrath of Heaven!"
"Your time is up! Face the wrath of Judgment!"

Taunt:
"I am willing to gamble that you cannot touch this."
"Clearly today is a good day to die... for you."
"The energy of the Void doesn't hurt THAT bad. Does it?"

Taunts during Asura Mode:
"If you think you can withstand my wrath, you are sorely mistaken."
"My power is no myth."
"I suppose learning one's lesson must always be done the hard way."

Joke:
"I am the shadow that smites evil! I also cleave it."
"Surviving is never enough. One needs a sense of humor."
"If you have any sort of protection... I have but to kick OR cleave through it."

Joke during Asura Mode:
"What's that? You miss being blown up?"
"What my enemies don't know won't hurt them. It'll kill them instead."
"GAO." (Gao, or ガオ, is the Japanese way of saying 'ROAR'.)

Dance: Rick Astley's dance during the music video for "Never Gonna Give You Up" (Seeing as Jayce beat me to the punch in doing the Crabwalk. DAMN YOU, JAYCE!)

Well here goes:
I intend to make him a melee/assassin type with plenty of options.

His Basic Attacks are slashes with a short sword he carries. Asura  Mode basic attacks use the larger sword he carries while it's transformed.
First off: his Exclusive Item:
Eternal Soldier Bracer - 2AD/1AP per level- Each kill/assist gives him a stack. For each stack he gains 1.5% attack speed and 3 AD/2 AP. Max 20  On obtaining 20 stacks, he can use the Active to activate Eternal Soldier. If he is killed while in Asura Mode, he loses 25% of his stacks. Otherwise, he loses a third.
Kenshin begins the game with this in his inventory. However: He can be stunned during the activation. And by getting stunned, the activation will be negated and go into cooldown. But: if Kenshin kills an enemy while stacks are full, he heals himself for 10% of the damage dealt as the finishing blow and refreshes his cooldowns by 10%.

Passive: Asuran Instinct (Normal) Each fifth hit on an enemy causes them to bleed for 30 (+2 per level/0.125AD) over 5 seconds and inflicts Grievous Wound. Any enemy afflicted by this is also revealed for the duration.
Asuran Instinct (Asura Mode) Any time Kouga kills a champion, they explode, dealing 150 magic damage (+25 per rank past 1/0.1AP) in a 300 unit radius, with the damage decaying at 25% on the edge.

Q - Beta Strike Combination - On activation, the user and his companion dash toward the direction of the cursor with deadly speed, dealing 60/65/70/75/80 (+0.3125/AD) to any enemies in his way or within 300 units of the target. On next activation after the last target is struck:
This ability activates again to arm the two minor blades in each arm and cleave a 200 unit radius around the targeted area for (45 + 0.40/AP) magic damage,
-Then can be activated once more for to use the major blade in his right arm to stab the target, dealing (25 + 0.44/AD) physical damage.
-Upon fourth activation the user will then draw his sword from its sheath and slash with a vicious force, creating a shockwave and dealing (60/65/70/75/80+ 0.60AD) physical damage to enemy within a 200 unit radius.
Cost: 35 Energy- per activation (Damage per activation stage gains +5/15/30/50)
Cooldown: 4 seconds

W- Eye of the Blade - Kenshin sics his pet Poro on some poor soul in a skill shot. If it misses, the poro trots back to him (Cooldown starts when the Poro returns) If it hits, it deals 50/60/75/95/120( + 0.2/AP) magic damage over 5 seconds and it taunts then reveals the hit target for 1 second, and if they were in a bush, it deals damage equal to half of the initial damage dealt. (Does not apply on-hit effects).
Range: 1100
Cost: 40 Energy
Cooldown: 12 seconds.

E - Revolcrusher - Kenshin switches blade type, granting him different bonuses for each blade type:
Alpha (Small Pair of Blades) - Kenshin's basic attacks increase his attack speed by 3%, stacking up to 7 times
Gamma (Large Single Blade) - Kenshin's basic attacks increase his AD/AP by 5%
Omega (Powered Katana) - Kenshin's basic attacks deal magic damage equal to 4% of his max HP
The bonuses are all flat at all levels.
However: The player can pick the effects by choosing the appropriate version of the Starting Item Upgrade.
Each effect is granted based on the version of the Starting Item and lasts 6 seconds.
Cost: 60 Energy
Cooldown on each rank is as follows: 20/18/16/14/12

R - Asuran Knight Mode - Kenshin transforms into the Asuran Black Knight, granting him different moves and extending his attack range to 150, attack/movement speed by 40% and his stats by 20%. During the transformation, any unit within melee range is knocked back 100 units and blinded for 0.75 seconds. Asuran Knight Mode also enables the Heavenly Wolf's Fang Kick and lasts 20 seconds.
Cooldown: 125 seconds

Because sometimes the teamfight won't go in one's favor if that one fed or currently snowballing champion is present, this move is here. Remove them from the teamfight and disable them, balancing the scales in your team's favor while you go in with other abilities to assist.

During AM, Kenshin's basic attacks have 150 range, and his current sword/blade is about the same size as Riven's. Except... it's a Seven-Branched Sword (for the Minor Blades, they're both halves of the SBS). And more ominous. Also, his entire move set gets switched to the Eternal Soldier Mode set.

Q- Burning Crest of the Wolf - (Toggle) Kenshin drains 3% of his maximum Energy to deal double the amount on hit in physical damage. If this ability kills a champion, any energy used in the finishing strike will be refunded. Also, his sword burns with a purple aura.

W - Strike of Imprisonment - The user of this technique teleports a short distance then dashes to his target and impales them with his sword (or Arm Blade, depending on what was armed before transformation should it be performed while Blade Switch is Active), causing a heavy impact that deals 30 (+5 per rank/.50 per AD) magic damage as splash damage. Any unit damaged by the splash damage is stunned for 0.5 seconds. Range: 150 units
Cost: 50 Energy
Cooldown: 6 seconds

E - Storm of the Void - the user grabs a target enemy champion, and jumps in the air. Cast again to drop at a specified location within a 650 unit radius to come back down on said location, creating a shock wave that causes energy from the void to spike up in a circle around the user. (Do not cast again within 0.75 seconds to drop on the location of activation.) The energy shoots up on impact, dealing damage equal to 25% (+0.005 of combined AD/AP) of the target's armor and magic resist Magic damage to the grabbed enemy and 75% of that to enemies within 200 units, decaying to 50% at the edge. Any enemy at the edge is blinded for 1.5 seconds.
Range: 300
Cost: 150 Energy

R - Heavenly Wolf's Fang Kick- The user throws the sword at target champion, dealing 150 physical (+0.5AD) and stunning them on impact for 3 seconds. While the target is tagged, they will bleed out for 0.5% of their max HP (as magic damage) per second  they are tagged. After a few seconds, Kenshin then jumps in the air, and after 'announcing his attack',  lands a kick with the aura of a large wolf and passes right through the target, dealing physical damage equal to 30% (+0.01% AD) of their max HP, and 25% (+0.02AP) magic damage to enemies within a 400 unit radius, decaying at 30% of that damage at the edge.

Cost: 200 Energy

Note: This move also ends the Asuran Knight Mode.

I ran several scenarios of teamfights and dropped kills in my head, and decided to make use of how the skill shot tags the enemy. Although punishable if it doesn't kill, its reward is good enough to make the risk worth it. Although it's only a half reduction, it still presents great benefit to the user since they can still get some stacks via attacking.

In regards to the alternate finisher: Since the Skill shot can be missed if not timed correctly, I have decided that the alternate version could have an effect similar to Pantheon's Skyfall, albeit without the canceling capability. I also believe that the AOE on the 1st cast should suffice to make enemies think twice on focusing this one. That and the jumping in the air will render him untargetable, so in case of team fights he could jump out and strike from a different angle, allowing his teammates to swoop in to take the team fights quicker or force enemies out of lane so they can push. If the user fails to use this properly, they can get killed if they are unaware of enemy map awareness since players have a real nasty habit of killing off anyone they deem squishy enough to do so.

Constructive Criticism is appreciated.

Cooldown on all basic abilities is reduced  by 8% per rank.

This champion is modeled after Shotaro Ishinomori's Skull Man and Kamen Rider while adding elements from Super Robot Wars and Geese Howard.

Beta Strike Combination is actually a homage to Master Yi's Alpha Strike.

The stabbing animation during Strike of Imprisonment is reference to Kamen Rider Black RX's Revolcrush finisher where he stabs his enemy, and turns around then strikes a pose as they fall down and explode.

Storm of the Void is derived from Geese Howard's infamous Raging Storm desperation move. But the animation is known as the Izuna Drop, a common grab maneuver done by ninjas where they grab an enemy, jump in the air while spinning and drop them right before impact then jump away.

Asuran Knight Mode is just him doing what should be a 'Henshin (meaning transform) sequence'. The sequence could vary from skin to skin which is my intention. Because there are far too many ways to take in the Japanese Culture, (Samurai, etc.) it is best I do not limit the transformation to one pose whereas he could strike an array of poses to further emphasize his skin's theme. Which is why I am actually putting in the effort in getting artists of all calibers to draw said champion in an effort to get someone at Riot Games to maybe get this champion a chance at the League.

His basic strikes aren't slashes for a reason. I happen to be rather partial to Martial Arts and decided that I would use certain strikes such as elbows form Muay Thai as the critical hits. I also loved movies starring Sonny Chiba, a user of Ninjutsu Kenpo. I intended that to be his style so he can still maintain the ninja theme while keeping the martial artist part intact.

The Kiai during the Heavenly Wolf Fang is actually taken from Zengar Zombolt's signature kiai when he cleaves someone in two ( Zengar Cleaves an Inspector ).

His finalized finisher is actually more a derivative of this: Ultimate Gespenst Kick

Note: I have gone into discussion with many people on this and decided it was best if I just put the stacks as a cost to force anyone using this character to think twice on ability spam. I would put up the art I drew for this champion, but I still need to get a scanner first. Anyway, help is appreciated!

Notes: I intend his stats to be lower than everyone else's at startup so you really have to watch out when using him. Anyone got a good average stat lineup?

Should this Champion be made, I intend to draw him some Japanese-themed skins, namely a delinquent and Yakuza skin and maybe a Tokusatsu skin as well. So please provide me with support! :D
Addendum to skins: I intend to make a Pentakill skin as a priority for this one, so support Pentakill and get them a drummer!
Or you can grant the Pulsefire Team a new member and probably make him look more like this guy. ->
